VOYAGES 2008
It is a fundamental policy of Clyde Sail Training Trust that any group who wishes to undertake a voyage will be offered the experience of a lifetime.
The Trust operates the Clipper 60 Ocean Racing yacht “Clyde Challenger and the Westerly Centaur “Ken” and has access to any of the cruising yachts managed by Portway Yacht Charters. (Visit the “Our Yachts” page for details of the vessels.)
1. Choose the voyage dates with at least 1 alternative.
2. Call the Trust office on 0141 940 4311 or email using the Contact Page at the end of this website.
3. The initial discussion will establish what yachts are suitable for your group and the composition of your group.
4. A Voyage Group Booking Form, Information Sheets, Group Preparation Guide and Individual Booking & Parental Consent Form will be sent to you.
5. If you wish, a member of the Trust’s staff will visit the group to give a presentation and answer any questions.
6. The Trust operates a Bursary Fund to assist with voyage costs.
7. The Trust will accept “Provisional” bookings subject to funding being available. Voyages must be confirmed and fees paid at least 6 weeks prior to embarkation.
